One of the music videos that inspired us was Gabrielle Aplins music video called Home. This is because in her music video she ends up travelling around in a place she's not very familiar. She meets a lot of new people along the way and ends up staying with these people because she finds it better than her old life. The part that's inspired us from this video is the part where she is travelling alone as that's what we want the girl in our video doing. Another music video that inspired our music video was Ellie Gouldings called I Need Your Love. This inspired us because herself and Calvin Harris are travelling together and on their travels they pass the camera to strangers that they meet. We like this because they involve a whole bunch of random people and we get to see their travelling from different view points. We also like how in this video the camera looks like its handheld which we want in our music video.
Another video that has inspired our music video is Birdy's music video called People Help The People, We like the part where she is sat on the bus on her own and is looking out the window. We want shots like that in our video because it shows her travelling but then on some parts also shows us her point of view. We like it because it makes it more emotional when they are sat on their own and it makes the audience feel more about the video.
